Consultation

We begin with a consultation session all about you! Your plans for the future, how you entertain, how you relax, how you work, how you spend time together. From this core understanding of your lifestyle, we begin to design a system that is uniquely yours , with controls that make it not just easy, but intuitive to operate. It is a fun part of the process where we recommend various solutions that match your requirements and of course your budget. Close collaboration at this beginning phase will ensure a great result that you are be proud to own and share the brilliance with your family and friends.

Design and Documentation

At this point we take your wish list and create highly detailed and professional plans and schematics for your home or business automation solution. We take care of all the decisions that need to be made when incorporating technology into the home—network specifications, cabinet space needs, ventilation, electrical wiring and other aesthetic design considerations. This aim is to provide a seamless integration into the overall aesthetic design of your home or business.

Liaising with your Builder

We engage with your builder and necessary trades early in the project build cycle.  This stage relies on great communication between all the trades to ensure all automation solutions are catered for during the build.

Pre Wire / Rough In

During this phase you will see us onsite during your home or business construction or retrofit. We will implement all wifi and wired connections that will ultimately integrate all of the various speakers, TV’s, cameras, dimmers, blinds throughout your home or office. We are impeccable with our rack placement, fitout and cabling runs as we label, specify and document all elements to ensure ongoing maintenance and support of your underlying infrastructure is as seamless and transparent to you as possible.

Installation

Now your project is starting to take shape. We co-ordinate with your existing trades such as electricians, air conditioning, plumbers, interior designer, etc to install the devices, touch screens and any motorisation required to enable full integration for all of your entertainment and technology systems. Once again our relentless attention to detail will ensure a winning result that you will enjoy immediately.

Support and Maintenance

Our personal service really shines at this final phase of your solution. We are all about long term client relationships and never leave you stranded with a solution you don’t understand or can’t use.

We do personal handovers to show you how to use your new entertainment and automation systems and we ensure everyone in your home or business is comfortable. We are here for you even after your installation with yearly technology memberships available for ongoing support.
